Astana invites Syrian rebels, government to talks next week
The Syrian opposition have named delegates to next week's United Nations peace talks in Geneva, according to opposition sources. Syria's main opposition body which includes political and armed groups, has criticised Mistura's comment as "unacceptable".

Describing the process of zeroing in on the accused, Joint Commisisoner of Police (South Eastern Range) R.P. Upadhyay said the CCTV footage, though available, was not of much help as the faces of two accused were covered while the face of the third person was not very clear. "We thought that the shoes belong to one of the burglars but later it turned out, that they had been left behind by them", a senior police officer said.

The robbery had taken place at Satyarthi's Southeast Delhi residence on February 7.

The police have also captured 3 individuals regarding the theft. "The police reached Rajan's residence in Sangam Vihar and it came to light that he has been constantly changing his house since the day of the incident, and the brothers would travel to Ghaziabad to spend their nights", said Baaniya. "I appeal to the people to bring it to the notice of the police if they find the citation anywhere", Satyarthi told IANS. "Proud that Delhi Police recovered it in quick time". They then shifted to Sangam Vihar but the brothers continued to work in the apartment area as construction workers or painters.

During sustained interrogation, the accused disclosed that when they had carried out the burglary, they did not realise the value of the replica of Nobel prize but after watching it on TV, they realised it.
