Charlize Theron goes neo-noir in first 'Atomic Blonde' trailer

And it doesn't disappoint!

Universal Pictures has debuted the full Red Band trailer for the upcoming Atomic Blonde, featuring Charlize Theron kicking ass and looking gorgeous doing it. Fingers crossed someone from our team at ground zero can let us know how team Atomic Blonde fares.

"Atomic Blonde" will also be making a very special debut at the SXSW festival this year, so if you're attending the event, be sure to keep a look out for the production. During the mission she partners with embedded station chief David Percival (James McAvoy) who is helping her navigate a way through the city, and through the clutches of Berlin's spies. This action thriller supports a fine ensemble cast that not only includes Charlize Theron and James McAvoy, but also lets heavy hitters such as John Goodman, Til Schweiger, Eddie Marsan, Sofia Boutella and Toby Jones play in the action genre sandbox. But one of the reasons why John Wick broke out the way that it did is because of that name: John Wick. And it makes sense, because Atomic Blonde's director, David Leitch, was the co-director of the first John Wick.

Then the Razorbacks went into high gear and the Commodores - playing their third game in three days - couldn't respond. Semi Ojeleye scored a career-high 36 points to lead SMU . "We couldn't hit shots and we couldn't get any stops".

The whole thing starts off with an impressive single take fight between Theron and two baddies in a stairwell.

The story itself is based on a graphic novel written by Anthony Johnston called The Coldest City, and it marks David Leitch's first solo director credit without Chad Stohelski.

Fans of the comic will see that it is coming to the screen with a fairly faithful adaptation. Atomic Blonde splashes down Sunday at Austin's Paramount Theater and will hit theaters July 28.
