Honda WR-V is launching in India tomorrow making it the third SUV from Honda in the Indian market and according to reports the vehicle will compete with Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and the Ford EcoSport.

The WR-V comes with a 5-speed manual transmission petrol engine and 6-speed manual transmission diesel engine. The WR-V basically builds on the Honda Jazz and delivers a more capable crossover with a brand-new design and plenty of practical options targeted at younger buyers. On the mileage front, the diesel scores with 25.5 km per litre while the petrol version delivers 17.5 km per litre. The company has also offered all the variants with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), ISOFIX and dual front airbags as standard. There is no automatic variant now on offer.

Dimensions: In terms of dimensions, WR-V from Honda measures 3999mm in length, 1734mm in width, 1601mm in height along with wheelbase of 2555mm and ground clearance of 188mm. So the top spec VX petrol model has been priced at INR 8.99 lakh.
