Taiwan's Taoyuan airport named as having best airport staff

Singapore Changi Airport has beaten off significant competition from its rivals to retain its crown as "The World's Best Airport" in the Skytrax World Airport Awards in 2016 - for the fifth year in a row.

For the sixth time in seven years, Fairmont Vancouver Airport has been awarded Best Airport Hotel in North America at the 2017 World Airport Awards, which were held March 14, 2017 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Kuala Lumpur also ranked seventh in having the world's best airport staff, just below Japan's Kansai International Airport at No 6 and ahead of Tokyo Narita International Airport at No 8.

The Skytrax win comes one week after MSP International won another award, Best Airport in North America in its size category for service quality, based on surveys conducted by Airports Council International.

The Skytrax World Airport Awards - a global benchmark of airport excellence, and widely known as the Passengers Choice Awards - are among the most prestigious accolades for the airport industry, and are compiled through the largest, annual global airport customer satisfaction survey.

Meanwhile, Taoyuan airport was ranked the 21st best airport in the world, down one notch from past year.

So, it definitely looks like Genji lives inside Orisa's belly
Fusion Driver: Orisa's automatic projectile cannon delivers sustained damage, but slows her movement while she fires it. She can also use Fortify which provides 50 percent damage reduction and rejects crowd control effects.

When it comes to dining, Hong Kong leads the way, while Taiwan's Taoyuan got the top spot in the best airport staff category.

The Crowne Plaza Changi Airport was named as the best airport hotel. The World Airport Awards are based on 13.82 million airport survey questionnaires that were completed by 105 different nationalities of air travellers during the survey period.

The survey was carried out from July 2016 to February 2017, covering 555 airports worldwide and evaluating passenger feedback for areas such as check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security, immigration and departure.

"We share this honour with the Changi Airport community and the many government agencies whom we work closely with. Above all, to all of our passengers, thank you for your vote of confidence!"

"We are delighted to be the beneficiary of this award", says Patrick Gosselin, general manager of Fairmont Vancouver Airport.
