The site claims that Tyga was released after 90 minutes with a ticket for no drivers license or insurance. The MC also reenacted a scene of him running away from the police for his "One Time Comin'" video from past year.

The rapper - real name Micheal Ray Stevenson - was flagged down by LAPD officer for allegedly driving with no license plates. Tyga had reportedly just left a night of partying at Avenue Night club.

Tyga was taken down to the station for a DUI investigation, though it was found he was sober.

She is now said to have caught the eye of two of Tyga's rap peers.

When paparazzi swarmed the scene to ask Tyga why he was being arrested, he responded with, "Because I have paper plates".

In 2016 California introduced a bill that made it illegal for drivers to own a vehicle without licence plates, and when buying a auto, the dealer must supply temporary plates until permanent ones are bought. The rapper was driving a new Mercedes G-Series that he showed off Monday on Instagram.
